OF THE DELIVERY PERIOD

5.1. The delivery of the products purchased on the Site will be made at the address registered by the

User in the "delivery address" field, within the period described by the Site itself, and from the moment the

confirm the payment of the respective products.

5.1.1. The term described on the Site is an estimate. Thus, it is possible that such a term

change for reasons of logistics and force majeure. In case of delays in deliveries,

ROCKETERIAS will inform the User so that they are aware.

5.2. The freight cost will be added to the value of the merchandise purchased and will be calculated and reported to the

User before the purchase confirmation. The freight cost may depend on factors such as

the total weight of the merchandise, the distance and the type of delivery.

5.3. In the hypothesis that due to any fortuitous event or force majeure that may delay the

delivery of the products purchased on the Site, ROCKETERIAS will be at all times exempt

from any liability.

6. PAYMENT

6.1. Payment for products purchased on the Site may be made through any of the following:

the means of payment offered by the Site, these being, among others: credit card. The list of

The means of payment offered may be subject to modifications at any time without

prior notice to Users.

6.2. Payment by credit card or any other means of online payment must be

be done on the Site.

6.3. Only after confirmation of payment will the products be released for delivery to the

delivery address indicated by the User.

6.4 In case of ignorance on the part of the Banking Institution corresponding to the charges

made by the corresponding User through credit card and derived from

operations carried out on the Site, ROCKETERIAS reserves the right to initiate actions

legal laws that correspond and establish criminal or civil responsibilities as the case may be or

any other nature, as well as to carry out all those internal actions that may be

from making the charge again to the credit card of said User until the definitive cancellation

of the User on the Site, for which the prior authorization of the User will not be required.
