The 62-8-HC utilizes concealed speaker mounting studs to provide a clean profile when installing 8" speakers. A hydrophobic treatment has been applied allowing the baffle to be used in high humidity/excessive moisture applications.

Atlas's hydrophobic treatment causes liquid to simply run off without touching the underlying surface. Prevents water from penetrating the treated surface of items that will be used outdoors or in high humidity environments.

The rugged, one-piece 24-gauge CRS (cold-rolled steel) construction means the 62-8-HC will deliver noise-free performance even in harsh environments.
